It`s the morning of New Years Eve and Me, Lula, Liz and Morgan went a few blocks into the Centro (on the street where I used to live--Bolivar) to watch the infamous Pase del Niño. Cuenca is the only city that has this parade where the children dress up in traditional costume as well as different characters from the Bible.
