Cruise ship sighting. It was a MONSTER.

The electricity went out for a few hours. Fortunately, and oddly, Jill had headlamps.

We camped on the beach. Originally we were about 30 ft from the water but then the guard woke us up at 5am and made us drag our tents back.

The ferry that brought us to Culebra.

A pelican, I think.

Just getting over a downpour.

Hiding from the rain in the the lifeguards hut thingy.

"Mamacitas"

I like her working hours.

Trying to figure out why the chicken crossed the road. Unfortunately, the answer is still a mystery.

We made some friends with two local islanders on the street when we asked them for directions. While we were lounging on a boating dock they came and found us with their boat and gave us a personal tour of the island.

Our own private beach our new friends took us to.

Our other friend. I forgot his name.

Me and Sharon's scratches from getting back into the boat.

Jill takes a nap on the stairs of the ferry.

On our way back to the main island of Puerto Rico. You can see what bad weather it was over top the island.

This brought us to Culebra.

Didn't realize until a few days before that I had a 5 hour layover. I slept by myself in the terminal overnight. The cleaning staff sent a cop to check on me to make sure I was okay. I think they thought I was homeless.
